I love making bonsai, this is an Italian stone pine, they sell them everywhere as small silver Christmas trees.
Today we are styling an old garden bonsai that must be over 50yrs old.
I’ve been styling this tree for 2 years now, and I’ve gotten it back to an even juvenile small needle growth.
The adult needles get really long so we will keep the needles small by trimming
I’ve also decided to remove 15 branches, as it’s in the house gutters and it’s growing over itself.
