Cancellation Policy
Price varies depending upon work needed. Please be specific when booking. Daniel will assess what is needed upon arrival, and will let you know of any necessary price adjustments before commencing work. Certain tasks are seasonal, and cannot be done out of season without possible damage or death of the tree; potting, wiring and pruning may not be possible at the time of booking, and Daniel will not perform any task which would endanger the health of the trees. Payment for services must be rendered during time specified on invoice, late payment can incur fees. Please allow 24 hours or more notice of cancellation to avoid cancellation fee. Customer assumes liability in case of staff injury occurring as a result of insecure landscaping, hardscape, or mishap caused by customer pets.
